Tours galore: Halloween haunting season begins

ALTON — When it’s fall in "one of the most haunted small towns in America," it’s haunted tour time all over River City. Author Troy Taylor of the bestselling "Haunted Alton" has his right-hand man and vice president of Alton Hauntings Tours, Len Adams, leading the majority of this season’s tours.
